We handle users’ personal data in order to manage information requests, to send commercial communications and to process donations.

Likewise, where applicable, we may also process data to manage online purchases of the products offered on the Website or any donations that users may make through the Website.

We may also process data provided by members to manage their relationship with our organization, particularly regarding the collection of membership fees and/or the organization of activities and campaigns.

As for volunteers, we process their data to send them information related to volunteer management and to send them commercial information of interest concerning the organization.

Likewise, in the case of donations and online purchases, the data may be communicated to financial institutions or payment platforms, as well as logistics and transport companies responsible for delivering the products.

Users may request access to their personal data, and request modifications of wrong data or, if proceeds, they can request cancellation or deletion when the data is no longer needed for the purpose they were collected.
